Provided SME support to ERDC on the Human Infrastructure Systems Assessment (HISA) Program:

• Researched development of a social impact optimization tool within the HISA work package

• Designed the case study, a framework for analysis, and monitored the execution of the statistical model used to predict results of operational-level courses of action (pre-, mid-, and post-insurgent conflict) in Maiduguri, Nigeria

• Developed methods for integration of model output in support of operational COA analysis

• Included significant studies of operational wargaming and model support from WWII to present, and monitoring/assessing results of several months' of HISA model gaming to develop the final results
